While laying still for a period of 30 minutes, my voice will guide you through your own body, releasing any form of stress, tension, anxciety and feelings of being restless and feeling tired. It will help you to start your day in a calm and inspiring way. In just 45 minutes you can feel completely calm and relaxed. This session will be in Eng/Dutch
