Feelin’ overwhelmed after X-mas celebration? Then you need 30 minutes of soothing Meditation : guided meditation for stress release, relaxation, focus and positive mindset. Total reset for body and mind!

Once you have reserved your spot for this Mindfulness session you will receive a message with a unique link Once you click this link at the starting time, you will start attending the session.
